How many is limited for the Sovereign and Eclipse. and why is Mandator limited?

The Mandator was only used in the Kuat defense fleet and only had a few produced. If there had been anymore, the republic would have gone broke.

I think that Eclipse should be limited also. I mean with a superlaser, when you have one Eclipse in a battle you don't need the rest of the fleet.

But Executor was built in large quatities. there were 12 or more if I remember right. there was only two Eclipse.
