And Executor-class SSDs were 19km long. I think that DSI wouldn't have been able to hit Executor with it's superlaser. But as sarcronis said there were thousands of other guns, turbolaser, ion cannons. But Executor was more mobile. It could have destroyed the weapons points of one spot and then say on that spot and fire upon it. I think that Executor would have won DSI.

And the DS1 had one shot before it had to recharge, i think it was close to a day

yep. but That power was needed to destroy a planet. I think that they wouldn't have need the full power to destroy Executor.

Then you need to take into account radius and range. They would be evenly spaced around the gigantic station, so very few could shoot at one time.

I don't believe we're counting the Fighters, otherwise the Executor's could just do the trench run and it's not really the Executor and Death Star fighting.

Okay, then take the DS1 shields into account, i mean it could create enough energy to destroy a planet, those shields would have been a liitle tougher than the ssd
