The submod I and a few others are working on will have them as escorts to Halmere and with generic Dark Jedi Inquistiors(also Inquisitor reskins!)

They're something we plan to do in the future assuming we have the resources to do it. Character models are generally a bit more complicated to make when they can't be adapted from existing stuff with some edits, which is why they're so rare within EaW mods except for the people who port them from other games (which is generally not allowed).
