My French isn't good enough, and I'm the only one on the team who can speak French at all, so it's not something we can do. Someone else would have to volunteer to translate all of the tooltips themselves, we can't really help with that.

I might be interested in this translation. I already worked with TextEdit when I tried to translate another mod, it was a long time to do but not too complicated. How many entries are there in the file? Are there also voices to be realized?

My french is terrible, but usually at least passable.  I could help with this if it ever goes anywhere.
