They've only been seen a couple times in-universe, and never shown with splinter factions, but the assumption would be that yes, any imperial splinter faction would have access to Procursators.

Then you see what I mean then Being in other Imperial Factions but do you think some of them could have with the New Republic as Capture ships and That The Empire of the Hand could of had them too but only have a fell of them what do think.

Well we can assume that after Shadow hand they took control of a small section of the fleets.

Ok why do two ship have the same name?

Why would you want the Procurator.  It was HUNDREDS of years old design by the time of the mod's timeframe.

It was also used ALMOST exclusively for KDY defense, and for sales pitches.  They really weren't sold that often.

I'd definitely say no to the Procurator being in the game at all, it just doens't make any sense to me.

So the only difference is the S in the name of the ships that's a Dumb idea but I can see why thou and as for THE procursator what do you think about in Other Factions in the mod and how would the ships work for the Factions they are in thou Factions.

Maldrood is honesty the weakest of the factions in terms of big ships.
In a sense they have the NR and rebellion tactic of swarming small ships.
where as Zisinj is all about those ssds, lukerhulks and Allegiances.
And Eradiu is more about capital ships and a single ssd with heavy ground assaults with ATATs and the infamous ATAT unit Blizzard force Led by Blizzard 1(AKA Veers)

Um I think you mean the Imperial Remnant, Eriadu Authority, Zsinj Empire, Pentastar Alignment,  Should get The Procursator as they are the most likely ones to get them. But as for the other Factions get them I can see some getting them too but not all.
