Am I the only one that's worried about his involvement in Rebels? Rebels has done nothing but disappointment me with its overly silly/light nature. Doesn't seem like the place for Thrawn to really shine. Though my friend did tell me that Rebels got more serious/dark after I dropped it so maybe there's hope and maybe I'll give it another chance. Either way, great news that he's at least getting a place in Disney's fan fiction.
At what point did you stop watching?Because they did very well with Vader
I think I watched 4 episodes of season 2. I think I stopped right after the clone bit with Rex. I'll probably pick it up again at some point.
I'm hoping Thrawn somehow eventually makes his way to the movies as the leader of an imperial splinter faction thats opposed to the First Order. Something I always found weird in the new canon was how they explain the New Republic didn't attack the first order because they didn't want to be seen as breaking the treaty which is odd as the first order already was. What would explain this is if the first order is part of an overall larger empire or at least not all of it. And how cool would it be cool if Thrawn was the leader.
