fleet builder/roster maker

Does anyone know of a good app/software/thingy that allows you to create fleets you imagine up for anything? I have one on Excel for an Earth fleet set sometime after the events of the fanfic crossover Two Galaxies saga, and I would like to be able to visualise it better or something

There used to be one for Star Trek YEARS ago.  Wasn't the best in the world, but was neat and would allow you to do all kinds of stuff like that.  However, not personally aware of any generic one that supports the Star Wars universe, although wouldn't surprise me if one does exist.
