While I finish up the tedious work of the 0.95 icons, here's something else we've been working on for 1.0. The Empire of the Hand is coming, but they aren't coming alone.

Acclamators, Venators, Secutors. Fighters are what they aim for.

If it's Venators, that would be my guess, with the Secutor being one of their upper level Capital ships along the lines of the NR Endurance, just bigger and flatter.

I thought the thing with the PA was that without a ground combat component there wasn't enough stuff to sufficiently distinguish it from the IR. Did Corey figure it out after all? Was that a facade? Who knows.

it's a Battlecruiser sized (>1.6 KM long) carrier, however due to their role, are not considered a battlecruiser.  Essentially a 2.2 KM long, newer version of the Venator.  They're one of the many designs by Ansel Hsiao that was added into canon by LA before the acquisition by Disney.  Not the prettiest of his designs, but it's also not the worst I've ever seen.  I'd probably like it a lot more if it weren't so pancakey.

I guess they got enough complaints from people that they decided to do it, and since the Venator and Secutor are pictures, neither of which the IR has, then I'm guessing they've further distinguished them from the IR by being even heavier fighter-based.
