Google Translate: 'is not an internal or external operable program or batch file'
As I understand, there is something wrong with swfoc MODPATH=Mods\Imperial_Civil_War (bat file), can anybody help me?

That error occurs when you don't have the batch file in the right folder; it needs to be in your Forces of Corruption folder with the swfoc.exe
I also have a YouTube channel where I talk about mod development and gaming, do tutorials, and Let's Plays. If you like the content, consider supporting it on Patreon

So, I install TR in folder with FoC, and now when I launch the game I see 'work stopped' window.

The installation paths are all explained in the manual and the readme.

The mod itself (the Imperial_Civil_War folder) goes into the Mods folder, do not overwrite your FoC folder.

The batch file (.bat) is the only thing that goes in your forces of corruption folder.
