Plus we have 2 who will join the New Republic, somehow it looks like a lack of principles because you first back the empire but when they start to fall you join the NR wich we could say have a contrary idea. Sounds like I want to be on the winning side to me

Probably true, speaking of which, whatever happened to Senza and Zsinj? Haven't seen them around the forums in an age.

IDK what happened to Senza, he was a Beta Tester and all. Zsinj has been gone for quite some time now (I like to think it was because we beat him at LPTP). It really is frustrating though as he was the one that started the TR wiki, and was the only bureaucrat.

Speaking of which, I have a couple questions on the thread regarding the wiki, so if anyone has an answer feel free to post it there.

I thought Senza was a She, too bad about Zsinj, he seemed a likeable fellow. As to the wiki, sorry no answers you will find in me.

Most people didn't know it existed. That's my primary reasoning for my choices. The rank and file, even amongst moffs and admiralty, didn't know that Thrawn's time in the unknown regions WASN'T actually punishment, and almost none within the Empire knew of the existence of the Empire of the Hand.

Agreed, and with that the Pentastar Alignment's Grand Moff Ardus Kaine takes the cake! Ironic isn't it that a faction with literally almost no literature and a relatively inactive status(until Shadow Hand) would trump the favored Chiss Grand Admiral. I wonder if anyone will ever do a book on the PA?

Well, in all reality, whoever wins at this point, it's still a win overall. Since Kaine DID support Thrawn (admiteddly only minor support) during Thrawns campaign to defeat the rebels.

According to the Essential guide to Warfare Kaine was going to fully back Thrawn and commit all his forces to his cause towards the end of Thrawn's campaign, then Thrawn died at Bilbringi which the NR then captured, Mt. tantiss was destroyed, Garos IV(and it's hibridium for cloak shields) was lost to an uprising and C'baoth was killed so all the advantages Thrawn had assembled were negated in hours. On top of this Thrawn's battle plans were known only to himself and therefore also lost. Under the circumstances I can somewhat understand Kaine's desire to return to fortifying the Alignment as he was certain it would soon be a target, rather than continue the offensive blindly.

Makes sense...would have been nice had he thrown a bit more support behind him earlier. Maybe Thrawn would have realized how effective Kaine was and shared the battle plan.
