I would like to find out more about Formbi, specifically about why he changed his mind between Outbound Flight (when he wanted possession OF for the Fifth Family) and Survivors Quest (when he was wanting to give it back to the Republic) and his change of heart concerning manipulation to achieve military goals (primarily the Vagaari).
