Also there were alot of clones and the jedi didnt see them as a threat, even if they sensed it at the end there were too many too fast

Did not some of the clones feel remorse for killing them? Or how about fear of getting killed, they had seen what a Jedi can do?

Clones had no fear, but some journal by a member of the 501st wrote about wondering whether it was right to do it, but he just followed orders

And some clone commandos did refused to turn on the jedi

Jango Fett killed Coleman Trebor at the Battle of Geonosis, and also defeated several Jedi at the Battle of Galidraan, for instance. Then there were the Mandalorian Wars. Hundreds of Jedi fell to the Mandalorian warriors. Boba Fett supposedly defeated several Jedi in single combat and kept the lightsabers as trophies. The Jedi respected the Mandalorians for their fighting prowess, and rightfully so.

One of the instances where EU clashes with the movies. Luke defeated Boba reflexively (I mean that he instinctively deflected a blast right into him). That Jedi Jango killed on Geonosis was him taking a potshot from a long ways off.

On Geonosis Jango was 10 feet away on the balcony, he nailed the jedi and he fell off, it was in the movie

Yeah, it wasn't more than ten feet. And the Jedi blocked a few shots. Jedi Council member at that.

And Luke is a bad example, he is one of if not the best jedi
