Executor or viscount?

Will the Executor or viscount class ship have more firepower? Judging by wookieepedia, it looks like the viscount should have 10-15% more firepower, but if yall changed that for balance, fine by me. Im just curious.

the thing is, as a mon cal ship, it will likely have less firepower for its size than an imperial ship of its size, but greater shields. i think they'll more or less even out.

According to Wookieepedia, they have more or less the same firepower. Both have 2000 turbolaser cannons, 2000 heavy turbolaser cannons, 40 tractor beams and 500 point defense lasers. The difference is in the number of ion cannons and missile launchers. Executor-class has 250 missile launchers while Viscount-class has 200. Executor-class has 250 heavy ion cannons while Viscount-class has 300.

But Mon Calamari ships have superior shields and systems. So I'd say the Viscount is gonna be tougher.

I agree with adp. But the viscount was built to battle the ssd;s so i say it should be a tad stronger or atleast equal.

The Viscount and Executor will have the same amount of weapons. The difference will be in shield strength.
