Mass Effect was a pretty good game. Not something I would play more than once or twice. The storyline was alright, the graphics had problems, and the choices weren't all that great..but it was still a pretty solid game. I'm sure the second one will ether suck twice as bad, or be twice as good  ;)

New ME 2 video at the end of the week or early next week

quote from Me 2 forums from Jarrett Lee Marketing Manager at Bioware

Quote
Hey guys - there would have been a new video last week but we had a few hiccups.

Probably end of the week or early next week you'll be seeing a new video for ME2 (Grunt video is old news already? - argh the weeks are flying by!).

And this one....this is kinda unlike anything we've had before in Mass Effect. I'm kinda pumped for you to see it, and see what you think.

And yeah, although ME2 is not at TGS this year, you should hopefully start to see a steadier pace of content, videos and screens etc. Actually I would post lots more of the "universe fiction" (alien races etc) but the poor team has to write that stuff and they have this little game they gotta finish

EDIT:

Some rather good news (if its true)

I was just looking on the ME 2 forum at a topic about a Comic-con interview on the Mass Effect comic.

Uh i worked out that the video was AWESOME and that ME2 will be what i expected ME1 to be and that you can form relationships with team members and that part of the game will be based with shepard on the normandy maybe bout a quarter or so but what was i supposed to work out?Anyways my theory is that the reapers have finally used FTL drive to leave Dark Space and are at the edge of our galaxy.Thats what i think.
