Well well, we certainly have the resources don't we. However, you don't have any members to fight with you. We also both hate the Rebels, and want their destruction. I suggest that we form a mutual alliance pact. We can remain separate entities, but will cease direct hostilities against each other. There will be small tussles here and there during peace, but when the Rebellion arises, we can combine our forces to completely annihilate them!

It has been done. This is only necessary for our factions' leaders to have in their signature. Be sure to try and recruit any other members into your Empire, the same way we shall be doing with ours. We can conquer this thread, and we will.
