is there a Imperial III-class Star Destroyer I'm sure i read it some where in one of my SW books but i cant fined any thing on it in wookie.

Nope. Somebody mentioned to me that the Imp3 may have been mentioned as a prototype under construction in the first book (or one of the first books) of the black fleet crisis trilogy, but i have not been able to confirm this.

Yeah, you probably miscounted the number of Is in the Imperial II
