Same problem, my V-Wings go to one location and then they start flying in circles and they then have to be manually controlled.

If I am mistaken and its in AoW then sorry but if I read this right there is no katana mission in Art of War for any faction(playing new republic) You mean to tell me the brutal fights and ass woopings and zerg rushes of capital ships and overunning and bitter victorys and defeats at the hands of an ai with a limitless checkbook to get to myrkyr have all being for nothing?! Are you f***ing kidding me?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Under different circumstances I would not be so bent of of shape about it, but if I knew this fact earlier id have thrown talon karrde to the wolves long ago, wont doit until I get confirmation that aow has no katana dreadnaught access though, not when I am right there.
So you can do some modelling that's great well i am busy at the moment with school as well so what is your name on moddb? It is Modding_Eyes
They should still scourge Squadron and more heros like Wyrn Otro and Ib Dekeet who could have a star destroyers also Elta Besk who could build droids on the planet she was on .
Neat stuff. Now, I noticed you mentioned that Petroglyph's stock models would not be used for Ascendancy. Does this mean there is the slightest possibility of a new model for the Executor-class? I know that's one of the few models ICW retained from FOC. Its not a bad model per se, but it is quite upstaged by all the fantastic models you guys have made.
Its one of the best of petroglyph's models but there are some glaring inaccuracies, not the least of which is the fact that its far too skinny. Despite its dagger shape, when you look at the Lucasfilm model its clear that the Executor was actually a fairly wide and bulky ship. Having never played the game I'm not sure of the capabilities of Sin's game engine, so you may not even be planning to include SSD's in the mod. But ever since the moment one year ago when I was browsing Moddb and found a screenshot of your magnicent ISD model, I have wondered what a new Executor would look like.
Anyway, good luck with your classes!
Again, 3D animation like that isn't something we can do. It's a specific skillset that we don't have, and it's an extremely involved process. It's not because we don't know what's involved, it's because we don't have the time, resources or skillset to do it, in the same way that I know the basic mechanics of hockey, know how to hit a puck, etc but that doesn't mean I'm able to compete with Crosby.
As for "3.0", there won't be a 3.0. We're doing 2.1, and have no plans past that. The main goal with that is to round out a few things, add any improved content made for Ascendancy into ICW, and that kind of stuff. As far as any major additions, there's a new feature related to the era mechanic I'm going to be working on, and a Survival gameplay mode that Pox has done, both of which will be explained later, but that's the meat of it. ICW is a mod. We as a team don't have access to the same resources as an actual game dev company, we're significantly smaller, and don't have access to every facet of the game. The vast majority of the game is hardcoded, and we have to work within those (often very restricting) limitations.
ive played this mod since its inceptionAgreed. This mod, despite what flaws we might have identified, is better ( if not the same) as many FOC mods out there, and the effort of 6 years is clearly shown. I do remember a time where this mod was not to be a post-Endor mod. And this is sofar the only mod I've seen that has such activeness. Not even RaW has that.
ive seen the amount of work put into this by corey and his team and damn im sure they put more work into this mod than the actual game creators.
there are few mods out there that can even dare to compare with this from a few other games i play.
i think more voice overs are needed but as corey said somewhere their voice actor is currently busy with reality, a lot more missions (some required some additional off to the side like in the original EAW campaign) a few more GCs and more units/heroes for skirmish along with the general debugging process.
This is what i think should be done.
But as is im giving kudos to corey and his team for the work they have done to give all of us here an enjoyable mod.
A project like this without a team would have taken forever if not died in the process
