If I may add my two cents, I would like to say that I would like to see a scenario with minor militia factions like the Hapes Consortium.

Now I did read all of the previous comments, and I know that you guys are opposed to my not-so original idea, but hear me out. I would think that there are some of us who would like to play as a minor faction like the Hapes just to see what its like to be a minor power. It doesn't need to be every single scenario, but make them available in one GC. You could make it so they are unplayable in skirmish if you want.

My reason for wanting to be the Hapes? Well, they are one of my favorite Star Wars factions, and I thought it would be cool if I could be them at least once. If you wont add them in ICW because the mod is getting too big and unstable, I understand (I've been playing it, and it lags like hell and the game window constantly minimizes while I'm playing) But do you suppose a separate mod made specifically for this purpose could be made? A mod where people can play as any faction they wish? I cannot simply fathom why people are opposed to allowing people to try playing as the underpowered underdogs. I find it a challenge!

This is just my opinion, so I hope you don't hate me, ban me from posting, or send me a flesh-eating Ebola-infected virus via my email provided. I just want to add some feedback.

I agree with this. Although I'd probably settle for having unlimited buildable Battle Dragons and Nova Battle Cruisers if you manage to conquer any of the Consortium planets. OTOH, I don't think the Hapan land forces have been fleshed out enough to justify the separate playable faction treatment.

EDIT: wrong forum. Thought this was for ICW. Haha.

After several ragequits, I've finally won a round as the IR in Reunification! However it seems a little hollow since after killing Ackbar in The Maw, it seems the NR AI stopped sending harassment forces to the little empire I've built in Yavin, Mon Calamari, Bimmisaari and Kessel (VERY HEAVY harassment, almost lost Kessel and ended up losing most of my starting fleet in that epic battle with Ackbar) Such was their dejection at losing Ackbar that I think they basically withdrew all their heavy forces to the Core (not the Deep Core). Due to their inaction I was able to build up a decent fleet again. Had the NR blitzed me right then I wouldn't have anything, not even Golan Is to stop them. Anyway, after building back up my fleet and army I attacked Hakassi and continued attacks through Tsoss till Odik II, where there was nary an NR ship in sight in that whole area. By the time I attacked Kuat, the NR AI had basically decided that spamming Coronas, Sacheens and fighters would work well against my fleet, which by then was composed of Knight Hammer, 2 Tectors, ISD-IIs, VSD-I/IIs, Venators and Lancers.

I watched it yesterday. For a cartoon it ain't bad. They're clearly going for an Original Trilogy vibe, also felt like Firefly a little bit. Liking the humor. Curious about the direction they take it. All in all, not complaining but they have a long way to go.

Also was it just the Interceptor frigates or did the Hutt Providence ships also have proton torps w/o hardpoints?

Just finished a six-hour playthrough of the Post Zsinj campaign as Maldrood and one of the Infinities Fel Empire as EoTH.

Can I just say that seeing those Warlord gunships launching proton torpedoes while in formation with my ISD 2s has to be one of the coolest EAW moments since I realized I could relive Orinda in ICW vanilla. :D

On the other hand, I keep forgetting how fragile the MC80 is. I actually gathered all the wingless MC80s you get in the beginning and sent them on the autoresolve missions (suicidal odds/battles not worth playing).

Hello everyone! Been playing EAW and FOC for a few years and dabbled with several mods. I've been playing this mod for a couple of years and I've really enjoyed it but it's only now that I've had a chance to join the forums.

Among other things, I've taken the step of creating an account after I noticed that there is in fact an AAR section on here. I'm on the Paradox forums all the time and I've always thought about what a Star Wars EAW AAR would look like. Perhaps in a few weeks or months I can start one myself.
