Yeah I prefer VSD1 to the VSD2 especially in the FTGU early game because they are multifunction. However, Crimson Command is definitely superior than either.
This is true. I suppose I forgot to consider them because they're only available in the 4th era, which only has one campaign dedicated to it other than the multi-era campaigns. (although, I do love me some Reunification)

That being said, my very top spot would have to go to the ISD2. The ISD is such a staple to the Empire in general, and the ISD2 is a great improvement to the original.

1. VSD1. My absolute favorite of all time. Verstile ship that can effectively fight against ships of it's price category and hold it's own against fighters

I definitely agree. the VSD1 is one of the best, if not THE best of its class in destroying fighter squadrons by itself. I certainly prefer the VSD1 to the VSD2 or even the ISD1.

If your having trouble finding them just CTRL + A which selects all units (not structures) in the battle and as long as they haven't been killed they will be in with the rest of your fleet.

My favorite duel would have to be the duel vs. Darth Maul. As was said before, it was beautifully choreographed, and the best background music. It amazed me when I watched it that Darth Maul was able to take on both Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan at the same time using only his lightsaber skills and not resorting to something like force lightning or throwing objects like the other sith. So in terms of pure lightsaber dueling, the battle against Darth Maul wins out in my opinion.

I think the IPV-1 is too small. it's so small, in fact, that it becomes hard to see in the middle of combat. On many occasion, I have trouble even finding the thing in some space battles. And since the IPV-1 is the only anti-fighter frigate the Alignment has, that's a real problem for me.

Something strange that I noticed is that Admiral Teradoc's ship spawns a single tie bomber, and instead of coming out of the hanger, it comes from hyperspace. Is that supposed to happen?

After all the hype about the Eclipse from everyone in FoC and only being able to partially use it for one level makes it's full functionality in Thrawn's Revenge VERY satisfying.

What I do in such situations on land battles is retreat, then invade again. Since there are no units or structures on the ground anymore, I automatically get the planet.

I've always been a fan of Kyle Katarn's Raven's Claw, so I'd definitely have to have it as my personal ship.

For a capital ship, I'd want Tyber Zann's Merciless. Cloaking device and that giant gun. What else do you need?

I potentially like the idea of having pirates as raiders (with an altered script so they'd be worth something) and potentially thrown into the mix as the "militia" on FTGU, the problem there is that I'm not sure what we'd be able to give them.

You could give them some of the Zann Consortium's ships and units. Those aren't used anywhere else in the game, and the Consortium was a criminal faction anyway, so it would make sense for pirates or a criminal group to use them

Hey, everyone!
I've had Empire at War and Forces of Corruption ever since they came out and I always loved playing them, and when I found this mod, I was just blown away by the whole new world you created here. The different modes such as survival and From The Ground Up are a ton of fun, and provide a nice change of variety. Speaking of variety, all the new units and heroes make playing Thrawn's Revenge incredibly fresh and entertaining. I can't wait to see what additions will come up next!

Ya gotta love the Eclipse. After working for it throughout all of FOC and only getting to use it once, it feels good to see it in it's full glory...unless you're on the receiving end

From what I've played, I've had the problem with just about all Super Star Destroyer type ships that when you select them to attack a target, they stop moving; even if the target is out of range. And sometimes, when I make it move to a location, it spins around in a half circle, just to spin back and then go. By the time it's done spinning, the battle is usually already over.
