The Hand Thrawn Lasted til the Third era where I beat him at pantolomin I think. This wasn't the Thrawn clone, which flies a Chaf class, it was the Thrawn flying a Imperial SD. And a TARDIS apparently.

I also have a theory as to how this happened. The Imperial Thrawn and Hand Thrawn attacks happened within seconds of each other, meaning one was already enroute when the first attack happened. Would this mean that the game wasn't able to delete Hand Thrawn? and since it missed the delete would that explain why it was still around in era 3?

He's not, actually. He's supposed to leave the EotH and his clone returns in a later era (5?) I have personally never seen the clone in AoW/EoW, he never seems to spawn for me.
