-About 4 missions covering two planets and a spaceship (the Dagobah 2 minute walk doesn't count).
-Yoda and Boba Fett turn up for about 30 seconds for no reason at all.
-Repetitive QTE baddies.
-Exact same villain/final boss from the first game.
-Dark Side 'Ending' is a glorified game over screen.
-Light Side Ending ends on a crap pseudo-cliffhanger that will never be resolved.
But anyway I'm looking forward to this game, but I'd still prefer a Battlefront III or Jedi Knight VI....
Agree with all of this, but I believe you mean Jedi Knight IV.

« on: October 09, 2012, 04:56:15 AM »I would personally like a game that takes a mix of the campaign game from Bad Company 2 and puts it in either the Clone Wars setting where you and a squad of troopers have to fight throughout the CWs, or as an Imperial Stormtrooper and you get sent to take down the Rebles. And have a secondary campaign for Rebel troopers against Imps.

The storyline was terrible, it undid everything meaningful about the first one(the sacrifice, the deep characters-THE POINT!) It also had no real improvements in gameplay, answered no questions(indeed only brought MORE of them) didn't really have an ending that made sense and just in general came across as well we want to make money by making a sequel...but we kind of wrote ourselves in a hole by killing the main character off in the first title-so BS undo Retcon and we'll just make it up as we go.
I think they should have instead done Luke, Kyle, or Corran in a Force Unleashed kind of way-the powers and graphics but focused on the rich underdone stories AFTER Endor! Say Kyle Katarn in the Valley of the Jedi but with those massive powers, Corran on his hunt for his wife, or Luke on Byss, Dathomir, Wayland, or a dozen other things with him! They were powerful and with vision and effort those could have been AMAZING Games!

I agree. I did enjoy playing them I just wish they were longer...or less linear (but that is my own selfish desire as I like games with a bit more freedom of choices).

I'll have to see this. Does it look like the game incorporates more stealth aspects?
