Victory Conditions Pop-Up Issue

First off, I just want to say that this may not be a bug, but maybe just a timing issues with the victory conditions pop-up in the progressive GC The Art of War.

When playing as the Empire of the Hand in Art of War, I get Thrawn's opening dialogue box, but then no pop-up with the victory conditions. I've gotten as far as week 15 and it hasn't shown up. AM I missing something? Or does it just pop much later in the GC?

If it helps, I'm using the steam version of the game and mod.

They may have just been missed. They tended to be added in later, so there were a few places where I know for sure they were- we'll fix it where we find them, but luckily those are just separate displays so it doesn't impact the GC overall.
