The secondary goal now that the Defreezer utility exists is to represent the post-Endor galaxy and let the player work towards whatever outcome they want, with whatever group they want (within reason), so essentially if something is available on the map, eventually you'll be able to pick it. In 2.2 this means enabling the Duskhan League in whichever GCs they're already in, and enabling playing as the Warlords, which have been split into Harrsk, Teradoc and Zsinj's empires, who will have a mix of different Imperial units. Ideally this would also include the Hapans, but they'd need a bit more expansion first.
I liked the Warlords. Mainly Maldrood and Zero Command.
Zsinj was my favorite mainly due to his personality and appearance. Second is Kaine due to fforming the only Warlord kingdom that didn't dissolve after its leaders death and Delvardus third because I can respect a man who even as he knows he will die still came up with a nearly successful way to kill his killer.
I Like Devardus and Maldrood because they were pretty powerful
True, plus they knew individual style
Where Maldrood is a hard mix of pirates and low level Admirals(not counting Paccti Syn)
Peccati Syn never aligned himself with the Greater Maldrood. After the Battle of Endor, he remained officially part of Sate Pestage's empire, though he was really aligned with the Church of the Dark Side with fellow Grand Admiral Ishin-Il-Raz, but he was never allied with Teradoc, nor was he part of the Maldrood.http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Peccati_Syn
he did coordinate and cooperate with Maldrood regularly as at that time Teradoc was still 'nominally' loyal to Imperial Center. Syn was even fooled that Teradoc would send reinforcements to him over Kashyyk- leading to his death.
Honestly I wish we still had Eu new stories I like a journal log form Harsk or Kosh Terradoc or a story about what kind of ships Zero Command had so we, can make them a faction
