AirStraeker Availability

I've just began my first Art of War with Empire of the Hand.  However, after building a light factory and heavy factory, I cannot build AirStraekers.

It's not listed in the Tech Tree, and the website states they are buildable in all eras.

What am I doing wrong?

Could be wrong, but 90% certain Airstraeker isn't available until era2+.

Okay, thank you.  I always figured the manual was correct but with the newer releases they may not have gotten to correcting the inaccuracies.
