Well what are the Circumstances? Are they in a wide open area? Grievous is slow and bulky, so they may be able to take advantage of that...So i vote Delta Squad.

Let's see an open field...

Two gunners with rifles keep his sabers busy blocking shots
One anti-armor man makes him weave back and forth to dodge shots
One sniper who can aim at openings in the armor

If that fails, they got their pistols and vibroblades.

Anywho, if it was a maze, then Delta could just wait in one particular area while Grievous runs around and finally running into an ambush. Or maybe the whole squad can travel together; better a slow victory than no victory.

in a maze Grievous would just walk throught walls. and in open ground: who says that the DS gets a hit on Grievous? he moves fast.
