In the minimod they are avaliable at the discounted building thing for the Empire and Rebels.

I haven't been able to build them? Where can you build them? And I mean that can you build them in the complete mod also.

Those spacedock things, in the corners of maps where you can build that consortium frigate and Z-95s.

Meyer:
ah those. aren't those models directly from the forces of corruption?
