I believe that UFOs exist. UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. It doesn't mean that an object is an alien. Most of the sightings in Nevada were the secret, spyplanes. It is possible that there is other life, but why would they visit Earth if they could? Why study us, when they could rule us??

Just because there might be aliens doesn't mean they're capable of spaceflight. There just has to be a group of sentient life forms on other planets.

They wouldn't have to find Earth to exist. There may be some extremely advanced galaxy-spanning civilization out there right now, or there could be some guy just discovering fire. Or, though extremely unlikely, there is nothing out there whatsoever.
