I have had the game crash after killing the imperial remnant thrawn as well, and I had all the updates installed. After a while I began to think it had to do with byss not "unlocking properly", so I went into the xml for the art of war and removed all the code that locked and unlocked byss and now it works fine, but byss isn't locked so anyone can claim it. hope this helped! -_^
