i like owning them (i have about 70 now methinks) - more secure

and my local libraries dont stock Star Wars

Haha, Our library has only hard covers of the Star Wars' books...It's rare to find a paper back.

The paperback of Legacy of the Force: Betrayal has two Karen Traviss short stories in it. I wish I had waited for the paperback of that, so I could have those short stories.

thats another reason for waiting for the paperback, it was like that with Outbound flight, the paperback (or at least version i got) had Mist Encounter in the back, while the hardback version didnt

I have read Darksaber. I think the best parts of it were those featuring Daala and Pellaeon.
