any rough estimate on the Nov release early or late Nov?

I 'm planning to start a new galatic game but wanted to wait until the next update due to the issues with the current patch
wondering if its going to be soon or later in the month

There will be at least two weeks notice with the release date listed ingame, and the old version is available on ModDB for people who want to continue saves anyways.
