Orinda Campaign Imperial Remnant ground hero

I think Kir Kanos should be the ground hero for  the Imperial Remnant ground forces since he did kill the leader of the Restored Empire Ennix Devian.
Also, the Restored Empire should be easily represented as a minor non-playable warlord faction that just uses outdated clone era ships, that are already in game.
