I think the Pentastar Alignment doesn't have an official carrier. I guess the Venator serves that function, but I still think we need an official carrier.
I would also like a new fleet tender for them

I forget if it's in Ascendancy or not but isn't the Secutor the big carrier for the PA?

The Acclamator, Venator, Lucrehulk and Secutor all serve as carriers for the PA.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. They have both the most and the best carriers in the game aside from the Endurance.
