About to install AoTR mod but can't delete mod folder for thrawns revenge

Hi everyone, I've been trying to delete my mod folder for thrawns revenge (ICW215PatchFiles and Imperial Civil War) but it won't let me. It keeps telling me "You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this folder." I've tried giving full control in my security tab when I go to properties of the folder but it didn't fix it. Any suggestions?

Windows 10

EDIT: Nevermind I fixed it, just had to restart my computer
