modding question about the death star

Hey all...

I know this isn't about Thrawn's Revenge, but in the old FOC and EAW, I'm trying to mod some of the Death Star countdown particulars in the tactical space battle (for firing the superweapon). I'd like to make changes to the speech events that appear at 60 seconds, 30 seconds, 15 seconds, etc. How do you increase the countdown to longer (5 min, etc) and how do you add speech events for different times (like 90 seconds, 120 seconds, etc...in other words, times that aren't set right now)? I can't find anything in the XML files that would allow for changing those times...perhaps it's somewhere else?
