I need some help

While creating my own GC i messed something up in it and now when I try to launch it writes down that syntax error(in the GC file) and to please see log file...
My questions are:
Where can I find these log files?
Do I need something to read them?

The log files won't help you. Show me the file and I probably can though.

First thing I'd say is change <Campaign_Set> Sandbox_ICW </Campaign_Set> to GCW, since Sandbox_ICW already exists for all the factions. I'm not sure if it'll fix everything (I don't have EaW on this computer) but it's a start.
