It doesn't help countries that lose, it hardly helps countries that win, countries that heavy fighting goes on in are completely decimated, just look at Berlin or Stalingrad in WW2, they were almost completely destroyed

And then superpowers come up at the end at another cold war happens, like the one that screwed up Russia

and u still dont look far enough ahead another cold war could not happen with out diterrance aka nukes Or super weapons im talking All possible super weapons and if you dont think war helps contry then i ask Are u on drugs Look at america It would not exist without war

You're right, without superweapons, there wouldn't be another cold war, they'd just go attack each other cause they have nothing to fear

And war may have helped in the past a few hundred years ago, but nowadays it wont help, only hurt, there aren't any more colonies or unclaimed land, everybodys got their own country now so the only thing war would do is kill off countries, not help new ones

Old contrys die new one rise and are stronger and war helps the ecomemyof all sides involed With all the prodution it makes the peapole Of the country closer and eventally they stop fighting and trebuild a better stronger world

Oh yeah, i see what you mean, i mean look at Russia's economy after WW2, or better yet how bout Germany

And the fighting hasn't ever stopped between countries, i dont see how it would after WW3

Soldiers originally came out of the civilian population, natural resources comes under environment.. But only physical reminders of the past can be destroyed, history itself cannot be touched.
