The Starfighter Corps is like our Air Force; they're a completely independent branch. The Stormtroopers, like our Marine Corps, supports both Army and Navy operations as elite forces, the first in and first out.

Im a Rebel supporter, but as for military branches, i would prefer to be in the Rebel navy.

it gives you an easier decision so it makes
navy look bad
storm corps look bad
and starfighter corps look alright
