Hi

I have Thrawn' revenge v 1.2 but NOT art of war
I have Internet 75 ko/s  to load v1.3 it take's 12 h !!!!!!!!

could some one help me

Do you know anyone near you that has high speed?  If so, ask them to download 2.0 and the hotfixes and burn them to DVD for you.  Your version is extremely outdated (by several years now).

Depending on where you are geographically, you might even be able to get one of the members here mail you a DVD for a couple dollars for shipping.

Since you said you have the French game, your problem may just be that it's using English textfiles still so it can't find them. Go into Mods\Imperial_Civil_War\Data\Text and rename MAsterTextFile_English to MAsterTextFile_French and see if that helps you.
