From what I could find when I was researching for the original unit lists and reading Outbound Flight, it was gray and about 130 meters long, had at least one connor net launcher (probably about 5 connor nets on board). It had a few light to medium maser cannons (I'd guesstimate 4-6) as well as some missile launchers. It had at least one small docking bay (probably able to hold the three fighters assigned to it) and an observation deck.

As for the actual overall design, I'm thinking it looked a bit like the Chaf Envoy.
