One of the first things I've noticed in ICW is that units can only travel via trade routes (except when retreating, I think). This is a BIG contrast to mods like RaW where you (and the AI) can travel so far off trade routes that it seems like cheating (and in the AI's case, it usually is).
I've looked for a while at the EaW XML files, and I can't find anything related to non-TR travel range (that one might set to 0). Any guiding tips would be appreciated.
