When I Play This Game, My Computer Freezes

I recently downloaded mod for 'Star Wars Empire at War: Forces of Corruption' from here https://thrawnsrevenge.com/downloads. However, while playing this game, my computer is constantly freezing. Would anyone be able to tell me what the problem might be?

My current PC setup is:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
CPU: i5-7400
RAM: 2*8 GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
Motherboard: ASRock H110M
GPU: Zotac Gaming GeForce GTX 1650 Super
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 1 TB

SSD: Crucial BX500 480GB

Having read this article, I now know what are the possible causes of the issue. I have done nearly all the things mentioned in the article, and my computer is no longer freezing.
