Quick question about A-Wings and Lure Enemy Fighters

I searched the wiki, forums, and google for an answer but came up empty, sorry if it's in an obvious place and I'm just blind. What happened to the Lure Enemy Fighters ability of A-Wings? I used it pretty extensively in vanilla
