Is it intended that you can only build one super star destroyer?

Cause it says for the other remnants titan it says one per game but you are only allows to one titan. Just a bit lost here. Thanks!

Yes one at a time. So as the Imperial Remnant you can pick one of two titans I.E. SSD (Super Star Destroyers) The Remnant gets to as you know the Executor  and the Sovereign but your only allowed to pick one to have out yes you can research both but can only build one titian at a time in the game it self.
