check sum differs?

i am trying to play this mod with my friend we both have .95 installed with hotfix and reduced squadrons  but when we try to play online it says our checksum differs how do we fix this?

Are your vanilla sins have the same version number?
That is very important.(I think DLCs have to be the same too, but not sure)
