Are you running 2.1 or 2.15?
Is it passive in galactic mode, ground or space battles?
Does AI function in some way or is it completely frozen?
Which GC are you playing?
What faction is the AI using?
What difficulty level are you using?
Do you have any other mods installed?

Hi, I am also suffering from a passive AI.

It is passive in skirmishes, GC and in space battles. I usually play the GC with all factions unlocked on the 2nd biggest scale so around 50-60 planets I believe. The AI in land and space battles tends to defend the base and stand there and not much else. In GC it doesn't do anything at all including moving units or building structures. This occurs for all factions whether I play Remnant, Republic, Penstar or Empire of the Hand, and I usually play on "normal" difficulty, however I have tried easy and hard and there  is no difference. The version I am using is 2.1 via Desura.

I did have other mod's installed but are now removed. Could you please advise me how to fix this issue.

If it's doing nothing and you used to have other mods installed, and one of them was RaW, then it's likely RaW's AI files are still in the base game's data folder, which interferes with other mods.
I also have a YouTube channel where I talk about mod development and gaming, do tutorials, and Let's Plays. If you like the content, consider supporting it on Patreon

After removing every single file and installing the games and then re-installing it works! Thanks so much, been a long time fan of your mod and is pretty much the only reason why I play the game.

Thanks again!
