Ok, so I install the mod and the hotfix, but the game won't even start, it just locks up on either a black or a white screen.  I've double checked and I installed everything where it's supposed to be.  Tried using the .bat file to start it and it locked, with a message that an exception has occured.  I'm not using Steam version, my original install of FoC is from the Gold Pack.

I've double checked the install and everything is where it's supposed to be.  If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.  Let me know if you need additional information.

It sounds like you're lacking the FoC RAM fix. There's a link to it in this thread: http://gutr.swrebellion.com/forums/index.php/topic,2799.0.html

I started to suspect that after I read around a bit, I've downloaded it and will give it a try after the kids go to bed.  Thanks for your help.
