I know the post is a little old, but if there's an answer somewhere else please point me to it.

I enjoy the skirmish from time to time, but they AI is a little lacking especially when it has fully leveled up it's shipyard.
And how does the AI work in this mod; do  you guys mess with the AI much or at all?

I'd like to see the rebel platform from X-Wing Alliance used in some capacity though. I just like that design.

I think that you're reffering to the Empress-class space station.  It had the 3 wedges coming off the center like spokes on a wheel, right?  I've been rereading the X-Wing series lately, and am pretty sure I saw it referenced as an Empress.

I'll vote for Ima Gun Di.  According to the Galaxy of Heroes mobile app game he has unique strengths against droid opponents, and that could be nicely incorporated into this mod.
Additionally, Neeja Halcyon (because I love the X-Wing series) and Pong Krell (because that was a great arc in TCW) would be good additions IMHO.

I'm really excited about all the new space units and factions, but I was wondering if there's anywhere where I can find more complete info on the new ship classes being added or comparisons to the current classes?  Maybe it's buried in one of the boards here?  I've looked around quite a bit but to no avail, if anyone wants to point me in the right direction that'd be great.
Of course, the post I'm hoping to find may not exist in which case oh well.

I'd been looking for this info for awhile, I knew if i just kept looking I'd find it.  Most questions have been answered in one post or another.
Anyway, just wanted to post this here for posterity.  I'm just a lowly stormtrooper now, relatively new to the boards, but one day after I've achieved an Admiral rank I'll look back at this with nostalgia.

Also, thanks everyone for populating these boards with so much good info (and hilarity).

These look great, very nice caps.  The re-done laser/turbolaser effects really improve the look and feel of the game.  Plus they make for epic screenshots.

We've all got our own tastes... well, except for Empire, which we all agree is the best, because DUH.

Honestly, RotJ will always be my favorite, and I consider myself a die-hard fan (but NOT a fanboy... i think)

I don't hate any of them though.

RotS and RotJ are definitely two of my favorite movies period, too.  And kudos for putting Empire so much lower on the list than 90% of SW fans would ever do; I don't necessarily agree with that ranking, but I'm happy to see you didn't hold back.  Gives me some things to think about.

Jeeze, though, just so hard to rank SW movies... I feel like I'm betraying some of them by not letting them share spots.

RotJ has just always been my favorite.  That space fight is still the epitome of space fights for me.

Honestly, I love them all and 2-5 were especially hard for me to rank...  I even liked AotC, just not that much lol.

SOOO exited for 2.2, and can't wait to see the full changes implemented later in 2.3.  I'm really looking forward to seeing how the health increases effect gameplay; I'm with the_Trots on that, it did seem to be one of the bigger issues I have with 2.1 and the 2.2 GC demo: whatever the ship, even with the Praetor Mk. II, once the shields are down it's bye-bye time.  The redesigns look great, the galaxy map is just begging to be explored.

I love this mod, and all the people who put in their blood, sweat and tears to give myself and the rest of us hours upon hours (I think I'm around 300 hours myself for ICW) of enjoyment.  Yeah, we gripe about the wait, but I'm happy you're not rushing it.

Oh man oh man oh man oh man... Such a tease, I'm more exited for 2.2 than for triple-A crap on PS4.  This is like the Christmas eve that lasts weeks!

This is super late game, obviously, but I'd like to do whatever I can to help out this team.  If you are still looking for testers, I'd be honored.  Otherwise, anything else I can do for Thrawn's Revenge is a privilege.

I usually play this game for at least an hour or two per day, sometime way more =] and have been playing EaW/FoC for over 10 years, and ICW for over 2.
