The fact I an bad
I don't do 1v1s

It's not a question of whether or not a fictional character would approve, it's a question of scale. I have a hard time believing that a kyver crystal reactor upgrade could take a ship that's 1/6th of the Executor's size and give equivlant firepower.

Discussion, Suggestions & Feedback / ICW Abilities
« on: May 06, 2017, 11:21:19 AM »
Corey mentioned in the Demo feedback thread that they hadn't added abilities to the units they wanted to yet. Will wee see concussion barrage for example on the Victory 1, or PTW on the Assualt Frigate, or anything else? I know Corey mentioned Interdiction mines.

Okay let's get the obvious out of the way.

1. Did you take screenshots through steam, or not through steam?

2. In your Ascendancy game options is one option called "Small Fleets" or "Small Fleet Sizes"?

Resurgent with the kyber crystal upgrade has firepower equal to the Executor SSD.
This honestly sounds like the Disney writers are just First Order fanboys, with bad writing.

For those days when a Phalanx just isn't enough.

Also Hobbles the MC90 has two spinal based Proton Torpedo launchers and those work in ICW. Unless I misunderstood your comment.

So I did a Star Wars RP about the Great Galatic War that occured before SWTOR as a semi-canon prequel. Started in January and ended last month after seven chapters. Two people were bummed that I didn't invite them (I had come up with it in a group chat and only two people were there are the time). I talk to one of the people who wanted to be in it last night and they want to be a part of the sequel RP, and want to be a murder bot that doesn't impact the plot at all and don't explicitly want to understand the plot.

As a side note: I hate pie. And your PIE Fighters. And PIE Interceptors. And PIE Avengers and Hunters and Defenders.

And Yogurt. Even with strawberries!

Debate was 5 months ago, I was on the Harry Potter team, we lost.

Exactly. It's really sad to say that I no longer feel the same about Star Wars than I did just a few years ago. It used to be such a huge part of my life, now it feels almost foreign to me.
Brought this up during a school Star Wars VS Harry Potter debate. Other side admitted Star Wars had become a cash grab.

Bump. Apologies but this question burns in my mind due to an upcoming date...

Will Ascendancy recieve any benefit for my playing if I get the other DLCs? Are there plans to utilize more things that require DLC?

I don't really have that complex of a response, but merely thanks Corey.

Cheers to SW modding.

I mean at least Disney revived the Star Wars franchise, it would probably be dead if it wasn't rebooted by being purchased by Disney. I mean the content is rather hit or miss, but they did save the property from becoming dead in the water.

Well you're right, but it was alive. Alive mostly to Star Wars fans and some sci-fi fanboys, it had settled into the stage of "nothing major going on here, just some cool stuff." Episode 7 ressurected the property full sale while simutainously killing it, irreversably shifting the direction from the built up EU into... Mary Sue, TRACTOR, and Pilot Guy killing innocent action figures.

Yeah I'd honestly prefer SW then the current state it is, new Thrawn be damned.

Should've just made new movies within the old EU. Maybe Legacy...

oh, is that the only reason you hang around here? lol

Nah. Love the game. Love the mod. Love the team. Love the community. Love the story. Only forum I can obess over how bad Episode 7 is and no one gets offended.

An honestly bad idea but would be interesting. In order of unlocking, Republic Reserve Forces (or whatever), Phase 1 Clones, Phase 2 Clones, Phase 1 Repainted Veteran Clones, Phase 2 Battalion Squads, Phase 1 Battlation Squads, Sparati Clones (cheaper and quicker but way less damage), Phase 2 Defualt Clone Stormtroopers.

As a side note a good reason to stick to pre-CW canon is because Rex remarked Phase 2 was of worse quality then Phase 1.

As a second side note a stupid idea is the Battalions being killable hero units.

The new canon is nothing more than a thinly veiled grave robbing.
Very poetic my lord. Now shall we go rob the valley of the Jedi again?

A. Final weeks are boring and we're getting crammed with assignments we should've been given at the beginning of the year. Also safety drills... At the end of the year. What if there was an emergency in the 6 months inbetween my drills? We all we would be dead! I can't be on the TR forums lurking and getting negative rep then!

B. Anyone play Absolute Corruption? is the mod any good?

C. For some reason I have TR fanfic ideas in my head... If there is a god, his name is Corey and he would remove these ideas from my head.
