It has to deal with the awful pathfinding system EAW/FOC has and how this system works with large ships. There is nothing we can do about it.

Nobody has even mentioned the costs let alone how the ship will be implemented. I wouldn't jump to conclusions about its tactical value in the mod before you use it ingame.

I wouldn't begin to put a timeline on the release. Frankly this is the busiest part of the year for most of the staff due to University. It'll be done when it's done.

Go into your Imperial_Civil_War\Data\Text folder and rename MasterTextFile_English to MasterTextFile_Italian (assuming you have the Italian version of the game).

Basically after some point based on the numbers of units killed etc. the game just decides to give up on life and this "freeze" occurs where you can no longer control new units. Unfortunately it appears to be related to the hard-coding and no solution has yet be found within the modding community. It tends to occurs more in TR due to the increased activity that is present in our GC scenarios. You're pretty much out of luck for continuing that game.

I'm personally quite happy about some of the Vasari changes; especially regarding the Orkulus star base. I'll also never complain about buffs to the Ragnarov :P.

Yeah except for the part where it wouldn't be just a simple copy and paste. It's a large amount of work for very minimal gains. At least you can look forward to Ascendancy where you can name your ships whatever you want.

EDIT: 7) Disney only bought Lucas Film, not the same company that made EaW so I think we're safe on the mod front.

It's not Petroglyph that worries us when it comes to copyright enforcement since they have no jurisdiction over anything Star Wars beyond their own code/art assets; it's LucasArts/Film (LucasArts is now owned by Disney as well). They have every right to shut down all fan based material if they wanted. It wouldn't be the first time a company has shut down a mod over intellectual rights (ie. all BSG mods on ModDB, Halogen etc.).

Add the Ssi-ruu.

One fairly big issue with that is that modelling and animating dinosaurs isn't exactly easy. I think Corey would agree it's a bit beyond our current capabilities at least to the extent of the ground side of things.

Take cover will not be re-added because the NR troopers don't have the anims for it .There would be a lack of balance between the basic infantry for the different factions.
