Just had some issues getting this working on steam, looks like the 'Mods (Default)" directory isn't working wit the steam Launch Options (Kept sending me to original FoC) - had to rename the directory to 'Mods" for it to work i.e. my end mod path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Empire at War\corruption\Mods\Imperial_Civil_War225

Just in case anyone else is having similar problems.

This is for ICW235 (I know directory says 225, but the download was for 235 so I assume the folder structure version wasn't incremented).

A normal download via Steam though, right? I ask because the picture of the case on that Amazon page says "software requires Steam online activation".  Have you tried verifying local content through your Steam library?

Ok - I haven't installed steam since I got the laptop and have managed to 'pass by' the steam activation part on that page. Looks like i've found my problem! Downloading steam now!

Thanks!

Yeah available on CD: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sins-Solar-Empire-Rebellion-DVD/dp/B00C4O2V70

"normal" download - which is perfectly legal, if you have the the CD :)

Can you translate the error into English? :)

Anyone else seen this error? Worth noting that im using a downloaded version as my CD has gone missing. I've seen some threads online about this being a Win 8.x error but can't find any solutions which work/

Hi all,

I haven't had a chance to play this game in MONTHS due to a project i've undertaken in my spare time to build bespoke CRM for purchasing :)

Anyhow i've come across the same bug I reported a long while back:

When playing as Imperial Remnant when i lose the Isard Super Star Destroyer in era 1 - the game crashes. This is for the large ~50 planets GC.

Was this ever fixed? I actually got a new machine recently so I downloded the game fresh so can't be an old version :)
